What is the feature?

The Navbar is always expected to remain fixed (sticky) at the top of the page during scrolling. It is essential sometimes because usually in longer web pages like the Projects Page or the Ideas Page, if the user reaches the middle of the Page and decides to switch the section. User only remains with two options to either scroll completely to the top or bottom to reach the navbar or the footer, respectively.

Solution:

Making the navbar sticky across pages, ensuring consistent navigation, quick access, and increasing accessibility. This becomes extremely essential on mobile devices, where scrolling becomes much longer.
