Aossie Logo visiblity in Homepage at Navbar

Problem:

Currently, the Aossie logo, which also serves as a home page button on other internal pages, is missing from the landing home page itself. This creates a visual inconsistency among users as many user have the habit of using the button at the home page.

User Flow When on the Home Page itself: User Scrolls ---> User Wants to Go Back to Top ---> User Clicks the Logo to scroll to top

Solution:
To make the layout and user experience more consistent. We can have the Aossie Logo button on the home page and let it act as a scroller to the top of the page.
