Welcome to the AOSC OS documentation hub! This wiki is intended to guide you through installation on various architectures and environments. Also included here are some configuration basics that may improve your AOSC OS experience in the long run.
Currently, AOSC OS is installed with a tarball (more specifically, a .tar.xz archive) on virtually all architectures - with the exception of ARMv7 and ARM64 (AArch64), for which we provide images for specific devices. Please select your types of machine from below for installation guide:
- AMD64/x86_64 Systems
- PowerPC 32/64-bit Macintosh
- ARMv7/ARMv8 Devices
- MIPS32/64 Loongson (TODO, specifications not finished)
