Improve Settings Capabilities #3

Right now the settings capabilities of the PyAres library are a bit.. clunky. Things work, but there's a lot of manual work that goes into retrieving the settings. There is probably a conversation worth having around how we can improve this from an architecture standpoint. For instance, you're creating a planner for ATHENA and have multiple parameters associated with nozzle temperature. Currently you're limited to string matching to find these values, which is fragile.
