Reflection on Skills Obtained:
Throughout the year, one of the most valuable skills I developed was the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates on group projects. Working alongside my peers allowed me to gain insights from different perspectives and learn from their experiences. Together, we tackled complex problems, divided tasks, and communicated our ideas, fostering a sense of teamwork and shared accomplishment. This collaborative experience not only improved my technical skills but also enhanced my interpersonal skills, such as communication, negotiation, and adaptability.
As a near beginner in coding when I first joined this class, I experienced a steep learning curve. However, I quickly grasped fundamental concepts like variables, functions, parameters, and their practical application. This understanding laid the foundation for my growth as a programmer. I also delved into networks, gaining knowledge about how the internet and the tools we use are interconnected, which has greatly expanded my understanding of technology and its impact on everyday life.

The ability to manipulate and analyze data using these tools opened up a new world of possibilities. I discovered how data analysis plays a crucial role in various fields, particularly in medicine and finance, igniting my passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful insights and decision-making.
Moreover, I have developed confidence in presenting my work and experiences, both to my peers and teachers. It was an incredible experience connecting with users, sharing my project, and explaining the skills I had acquired. The positive feedback and genuine interest from parents and fellow students fueled my enthusiasm for computer science and reaffirmed the value of my hard work.
Another high point was delving into data analysis, which kindled my interest in the field's potential applications, particularly in medicine and finance. This inspired me to embark on a research project focused on developing a machine learning model for Parkinson's disease progression prediction using EEG data. This endeavor allows me to combine my passion for computer science with the goal of making a positive impact in healthcare.
As with any learning journey, there were also challenges and lows along the way. Navigating complex programming concepts and debugging errors proved to be frustrating at times.
