I've made this branch off of Kieran's current CM3 CMEPS version for use with the rCM3 prototype. The only difference is that I'm commenting out all of the ice field fluxes, as these aren't supported in (most) regional ocean configurations.
Down the track, these fields ought to be toggled, or at least use an if statement to ensure that ICE is an active model component
