`-traceback` isn't a C compiler flag

We should remove -traceback from cflags and cxxflags in spack.yaml, it has no impact.

It's possible adding -fno-omit-frame-pointer will help

A good way to test stack trace information for C is to use the wrong filename in datm.streams.xml
