octokit errors are not handled

Description

When the input release-tag is used with a release tag which does not exist, then the step fails with the error message Not found

Expected behavior

Get an error message which says that the specified release tag was not found.

Suggested solution

Add a try-catch block which catches errors thrown by octokit.

If you don't mind I would like to contribute to this github action and create a pull request for the described issue?
