Issue with Timer

Hello,  

I have the following problem with the script:  

When I rent a vehicle for 5 minutes, I am allowed to use the vehicle for 60 minutes according to the debug from the live console. How can this be fixed so that, for example, 5 minutes really is 5 minutes?
