[Feature Request] Water Transparency Config

Great mod overall, but I'm not too big a fan of water being completely transparent behind glass. Apart from the barely noticeable ambient particles, there's nothing to indicate the presence of water. It just looks like a box of air:

Would you consider adding a config option to disable this feature? For people that want clearer water, there are resource packs such as Better Clear Water available for use instead.
