4K IPTV Stream - have audio but no video

Describe the bug
Hi all, I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or have a bad set up/config...

I'm trying to play a few 4k iptv stream from the SamsungTV iptv playlist.
The stream plays and I get sound but unfortunately, no video.
Switching the built-in video player (from VideoJS to HTML5) and restarting doesn't work.

I tried to change the settings to VLC, and restart the program, but I get the prompt that it will start the external player, but VLC doesn't start.
Note that IPTVNator plays all other regular streams properly.
The 4K streams play in my other players, VLC and PotPlayer, as expected, and producing both audio and video.

There are 3 listings with 4K in the name, e.g. Clarity 4K, and 16 listings with "Vibes" in the name, e.g. Ocean Vibes.

Desktop (please complete the following information):
