現状main, github, utilでloggerを初期化してログメッセージを出しいるが、aiではしていない。

loggerによるロギングをする場合としない場合の区別を決めたい。

エラーを返して、呼び出し先でロギングする場合とエラーが発生したらその場でロギングする場合
