Fast Sync Stuck at 3 Months Behind, Full Sync Takes ~20 Days

I deleted the entire data directory and restarted syncing the node. The fast sync can only reach up to the block height from three months ago, and the remaining blocks can only be synced slowly. It’s estimated to take about 20 days to fully catch up. Is there any way to speed up the synchronization?

Only if somebody will update snapshots here . This snapshot is like you said 3-4 month ago.

I want to do full resync, because my snapshots folder already is 6.3 T(full node) which i think is too big ( i have 7T disk) . And I cant because full resync will be around 20 days.

It looks like Erigon for polygon is abandoned. A lot of bugs with pruning and chaindata (intermittent sync issues and size of chaindata folder keeps increasing after Rio HF.) which was partially solved by volunteer. And atleast now Erigon became "at least you can use it"

I Liked Erigon but now(4-5 month) it is very unstable . I'm considering switch to Bor, atleast it is working normally

This is a big issue. One of the advantages to Erigon 3 based nodes is being able to get an archive node current quickly. Without updated bor-mainnet.toml snapshots that advantage disappears.

I am working on creating snapshots from my archive node with help of original Erigon team.

This takes quite a bit of time due to the extra steps as well as that they had to make changes to the client.

When I have a torrent file available. I will provide this, then everyone can sync fast again.

Agreed this should have been fixed long time ago
