[v3.3.7] send Tx broadcast failing on mainnet

• Erigon version: v3.3.7
• Heimdall version: v0.5.6
• Network: Mainnet

I am experiencing broadcast issues on my node. When I submit a transaction, the details are visible on the node but are not broadcast to the explorer. I have been facing this issue since January 15, after the Dandeli hard fork.

Expected behaviour

The transaction details should be reflected on the explorer.

Actual behaviour

The transaction details are not reflected on the explorer.

After upgrading to v3.3.7 the node sync has degraded. My hardware configruation is 32 cores, 128GB memory, 14T NVME SSD. In previous releases it was syncing fine without delays. However upgrading to v3.3.7 has degraded the sync process and currently my memory is peaked out.

Any suggestions to improve the sync speed?
